The people behind it
Former players. Experienced coaches. Connected internationally.
Stephan is a certified high-performance coach with over 20 years of experience in elite hockey. He served as analyst and co-trainer for the German National Teams, including during the Tokyo Olympics, and is a multiple national title winner.
As Director of Education at the German Hockey Federation, he has comprehensive expertise in the High-Performance training system and has led the complete restructuring of coaching education. Exceptionally well-connected — nationally and internationally.
Adrian is a certified A-license coach with over ten years of experience at the national performance level and is currently studying at the Trainerakademie in Cologne.
As a long-time team manager with the German Hockey Federation, he has first-hand insight into the demands of elite sport. His strong national and international network — combined with a deep understanding of individual athlete development — makes him a key contact for career planning and long-term player growth.
Vincent is a trained cameraman, experienced content creator, and former Bundesliga player. He knows how to present athletes as strong, individual personalities through tailored content and strategic brand positioning.
With several years of coaching experience and a background in high-level hockey, he has a deep understanding of players' needs and shapes their media presence in an authentic and professional way.
